SQL Server 2008 NVARCHAR and NCHAR fields is currently ignored/invisible by
Geotools.
NOTE: This bug has previously been reported as a GeoServer bug in GEOS-3842 but
the problem lies in GeoTools and the patch in GEOS-3842 will not cleanly apply.
New patch is supplied (same modifications but will apply to trunk)
