When accessing mosaics with ImageMosaicReader, it would be useful to leverage
on a ThreadPoolExecutor instance to be used when doing multithreading read. By
this way, the ThreadPoolExecutor creation and shutdown is no more entrusted to
the ImageMosaic plugin and it is no more related to the ImageMosaic's
lifecycle. The ThreadPoolExecutor lifecycle will be managed from the outside.
