GML bindings ignore all attributes (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2505)
fixes causes simple feature with substitutionGroup being encoded twice. A
patch for this problem is attached together with this issue.
The problem is covered by DuplicatePropertiesWfsTest in app-schema-test.
