This patch includes:
- Adding uom support to all symbolizers
- Adding uom support to SLDParser and SLDTransformer (Jody, I've put the
changes in these to make it easier to see/deal with)
- Uom support includes addition of a new enum:
org.geotools.styling.UomOgcMapping.java
- Fixing bugs in DuplicatingStyleVisitor, RasterSymbolizer.equals() and
hashCode(), SLDStyleFactory, GraphicImpl.setExternalGraphics() and setMarks(),
FilterTransformer
