Use JUnit4 and one time setup in H2 unit tests

Rationale:
- tests run faster, especially the ones that run against a non embedded database
- provides an implicit check against unreleased connections, if they are lost
after a while the test will deadlock
- Eclipse tries to run these tests as junit4 anyways (I know you can manually
revert them to junit3 but it's a bit annoying).
