Hi!

I am not quite sure if I know what you mean.
Just took a look at the link you sent - and could not find any problems you
mentioned.
The Title in the Layers list is with Umlaut - and the Data inside some
(random clicked) Layers are also displayed correctly here.
Beside some obviously Names like "ruhrgruen" written with ue on purpose I
guess.
Maybe an Operating System or Browser problem?
