Hi all We are using the JDBCConfig <https://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/community/jdbcconfig/index.html> community module and everything is saved to the configured database. It works well when autoscaling multiple instances in AWS.
However, it appears as though the data/security/ directory is not part of the catalog that is saved to the database. When adding a new user, group or role, the XML files in the local data/security directory are updated. Is this intentional or a bug? I don't see any user configuration option to include/exclude parts of the catalog. Or does "catalog" exclude security? Is there any way to use (or modify?) JDBCConfig to save users to the database?
