Hi,

QGIS is able to save a qml/sld style IN a (vector) gpkg. When loading that data it is styled by the qml from within the gpkg (only loading sld currently unfortunately, BUT the sld is in the gpkg too).

Is Geoserver able to load sld/style from within such gpkg?

Not sure if it is part of the gpkg standard yet, but it would be nice if exporting some data + styling in QGIS will be so easy transferable to Geoserver (well, it is either 1 file (gpkg) or 2 (gpkg+sld)... :-) ).

Anybody aware of this?

If not I'm not sure how to handle discrepancies between a gpkg-included style and the style define in geoserver publishing. I reckon the included style is only picked up by registring as a
layer?

Regards,

Richard Duivenvoorde
