Hi,
it's unexpected behavior.
For every release we ask users to test the RC and see if there are
regressions, and we systematically get no reports at all.
Past that period, we're back to "business as usual" and we gratefully
accept contributions for any problem found.
You can start with opening a ticket at
https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/projects/GEOS/summary with a data sample
and style
to make it reproducable within minutes on a developer machine
