Julierme,
GeoServer does not know the externally visible URL of your reverse
proxy. Please set the GeoServer Proxy Base URL:
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/configuration/globalsettings.html#proxy-base-url
In your case this should be:
http://geoservicos.gov.eu/geoserver
I have not tested it, but this should cause OpenLayers URLs to be
rewritten to use the reverse proxy URL.
