Adding some feedbacks to Nuno's one (beside the fact that I would suggest
the pre-processing instead):
The coverageView approach may requires some configuration:
You may consider setting up an ImageMosaic by specifying a
coverageCollector in the indexer so that it can isolate a different
coverage for each band (based on a regex).

You also need to define datastore.properties to have the different coverage
stored in different tables.
Then, define a coverageView as suggested by Nuno.
OR, you may try to setup an ImageMosaic on top of these 3 files, by setting
the MergeBehavior param in the layerConfiguration to STACK instead of FLAT.

It should put different granules into separated bands of the result. You
may play with the SORTING param too to get the granules in the order you
need.
