Hi Julian,

I'm not sure if Cascading WMS is the right approach.

I want to achieve the same as if I would have used the integrated 
GeoWebCache.

WMS -> Tile cached
  yes -> return cached tile
  no -> create cached tile in geowebcahe

But the Cache should be on another system, so I can connect more than 1 
GeoServer to the GeoWebCache.
