Hi Jacob, one observation, if the community fails to provide, you can always contract a commercial provider and ask them to solve the problem, and create weblogic installation instructions, similarly to what's there already for JBoss: http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/tutorials/jboss/jboss_tutorial.html
