I definitely want to get more involved with geoserver and do what I can to improve a very valuable product. I’m a good java developer but I have no history with maven (I’ve used ant). I’m not up to speed on getting and building the code but definitely want to go there! I’ve been distracted by trying to hit near term functional goals. So I won’t hit the ground running with this even though the coding sounds reasonably straightforward. Hopefully Monday I can return to the get/build thing and see what I can do. One year ago we changed the unwrapping logic to avoid the logs being flooded with messages, I guess that made the code regress (the old version was not exactly trying to do multiple unwrap levels either, it must have worked by accident). Can you open a bug report?
