Hi Andrea,
I switched Back to the old Geoserver Version (1.7) which works fine even on my
new machine.
In my case (using it as WFS-T-Server with Mapbender) Version 1.7 perform its
Job very well.

At this point I suggest you open a ticket at
https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/projects/GEOS with the request, and a sample of
the data, just enough
to reproduce the issue on a developer's machine
