I'm trying out the new Geoserver 2.6.1 released this week. For the most part
so far so good. I have a noticed a couple of issues, (which may not be new
to this release).

1) Using footprint management - areas outside the extents of the footprint
mbr, but within the extents of a granule mbr are not transparent. This only
seems to happen when the wms request SRS is something different than the
layer's native SRS.

2) When making a wms request at near 1:1 resolution for multiple layers (ie
layer=a,b) and reprojecting to an SRS different than native, I see shearing
occuring in the image. It doesn't happen when viewing only a single layer
and it doesn't matter what the second layer (ie it could be completely
outside the aoi). Also, it only seems to occur using nearest neighbor or
bicubic interpolation.
This one I have seen before, but thought I'd throw it out there if anyone
has insight on what/why it is occuring.

Thanks for any insight anyone can provide.
