Hi, there's a little used and poorly documented feature in GWC called a
"Request Filter" which which can be used for this.
There's some documentation about it included in the Schema file for the
configuration file: http://geowebcache.org/schema/1.5.3/geowebcache.xsd
It's not the greatest documentation ever, but it should be enough to get
you operational.
