A quick google shows that it was on -

- I'd been looking at the TIME page instead (seemed logical! ;-) ) which
makes no mention of it.

One thing I noticed, on the help page (
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/webadmin/data/layers.html#edit-dimensions)
it discusses "default value" and "reference value" - these don't appear to
exist in my GeoServer. Have they been removed and the documentation not
updated or do they only appear in special cases?
