To my knowledge, geoserver doesn't have this functionality. I think that
you would need to modify the table - collect features with the same label
and generate new labeling points at the centroid of the collection.
If it can be done in SLD, I'll be happy to make any changes needed in CSS
to support it, but it's not there now.
