All,
I have SDE 10.0 running on my network and now need to serve the data out
across my network. I can connect to SDE just fine through Geoserver but
when I try to access the data through Openlayers preview or even KML it
takes about 15 minutes to display. I exported the same data as a shapefile
and was able to display it all in less than a second. I am looking for any
tips or tricks that could help me access the data in SDE a bit faster.
I am using the Community Edition of the OpenGeo Suite.
