Regarding release automation my plan was to use the next release we do as
an opportunity to do this. I just sent an email about the next 2.2 beta and
was going to build up the scripts as part of putting that release. If all
goes well perhaps we could do a joint 2.2-beta2 / 2.1.4 release?
