As I saw from your previous email, I assume you already did the steps
suggested in this link.

Please, also make sure that after your latest DLL movements, the settings
are still valid (As an instance, if you have previously set
"wrapper.java.library.path.2" to point to /jdk/bin it won't find libs on
imageio-ext-directory).
In case you have already fixed all of them properly, I have no idea of what
is happening.
In that case, you can probably open a JIRA providing steps to reproduce the
issue to keep track of this.
