The first day it said something like "we're temporarily down...." So I went on
and worked with some other issues.
Since then I've been working with other things and when I noticed today that it
was down I assumed (probably faulty) that it had been down since my last access.
I just tested again and it works again

Broken for at least a week? Do let us know sooner if it is down. My
organization has a sys admin to keep it up, and there's enough of us on this
list that just sending an email here should get us on it.
I just tried and it worked fine.
