Dear All:
I have a very 'personal' question about geoserver.
I would like to know how much time and cost for developing map_proxy module
for geoserver.
The map_proxy module is :
Mapping external map service(e.g.WMS) as native map service(e.g.WMS)
For example,
I have my geoserver setting up on http://mydomain.com/geoserver/wms contains
(LayerA and LayerB).
I have other public services http://externaldomain.com/wms contains (LayerC
and LayerD).
If I have this map_proxy module, I only need add url
http://mydomain.com/geoserver/wms, then I can access the four layers.
This is what map_proxy module shoud do.
Maybe I thinking in totoally wrong direction. I saw there is a python tool
map_proxy does similar things. I am worndering whether possible for
GeoServer add this module.
Any tips and information are welcome.

Thanks

Xiaoyu
