No worries. With our setup we normally wouldn't encounter this situation and
stumbled upon it by chance. We are using geoserver-2.0.2, but with a bit of
mixed bag for the jp2k plugin: gt-jp2k-2.6-SNAPSHOT,
imageio-ext-kakadu-1.0.6-1, and imageio-ext-kakadujni-6.2.6.

layer a blank image is returned (which is fine). However, if the request is
with the layer extent, but outside of the footprint extent an exception is
