Followed the requirements for creating the geoserver on Windows exactly.
Geoserver window appears and opens under localhost:8080/geoserver.
On Windows, I previously had Java 8.1. Loaded the Java Developer Kit 16.0.1 on
the computer.
Web server is an Apache server, PHP 7.1
Loaded on the web server: geoserver-2.19.0-war.zip
Loaded on Windows: geoserver-2.19.1-bin.zip
Server status GeoServer: HTTP ERROR 500 javax.servlet.ServletException
