I have had xorg-server-1.7.1 and nvidia-drivers-190.42-r[23], working together since Nov 3rd, with no masking or keywording, although this is on ~amd64. For a while the newer xorg was blocked but as soon as the newer nvidia-drivers hit portage, everything upgraded without a hitch. -- Neil Bothwick Reality is an obstacle to hallucination.
