"New Video DVD Project" is only a shortcut to create a data DVD with the two folders VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS. It also checks if all needed files are there to form a valid video-DVD. But it can't author a DVD, only burn the pre-authored files to disk/image. Greetings Sebastian
