forums are reliable. There are hardly any downtimes. Ok, there was the one 
last week. So what? And the forums are high traffic. I doubt that this kind of 
load is covered by the usual end user hosting services.

And gentoo-wiki. Stop blaming gentoo and ask the guy running it, how to help 
him.
