More likely, it was a poor choice by the web developer, who, guessing by the appearance of the site, hasn't touched it since long before the advent of tabbed browsing. Oh, I take that back. appears to be a current version of the hideous os commerce app they have chosen for some god aweful reason, 3d cart. I can think of no good reason to pay 20-100 dollars for such a monstrosity when it's 3+ years old anyway... apparently these people have never heard of open source software.
