You will find your konsole settings in the konsole_10d8d... file. Back it up 
somewhere. Now! :)

Cool. Probably some hickup when KDE started.

Don't know much about that, but when you look into the file, you will find 
ne section for every konsole that is opened, with a list of sessions/tabs 
that are opened in it. Each session is listed later in that file.
