The problem I've run into with VirtualBox is that network only uses NAT, while VMWare uses bridging. Probably only a question of understanding how to set up NAT - seems easy if you're using DHCP but I use fixed IP's Thierry -- gentoo-user@lists.gentoo.org mailing list
