I have often found such files in the cache.  Something like
.mozilla/firefox/xxx/Cache.  Use ls -lt|head, look for the big ones,
use file to see if they are the right types, there may be several, use
hardlinks or copy them ... don't know how well it works for streaming
media but it works pretty well for others.
