--continue-on-failure
Whether to continue after a fetch or install error

if-fetch-only
If fetching only (default)

never  Never

if-satisfied
If remaining packages' dependencies are satisfied

if-independent
If independent of failed and skipped packages

always Always (UNSAFE)
