I have a USB WiFi adaptor which is picked up and initialised by ifplugd everytime I plug it in. I assume that the same will happen when you turn your wireless card on/off. I am not sure what happens when I have both an ethernet cable plugged in and the WiFi adaptor. I guess both will come up but which one is going to be used by applications to connect to the Internet? -- Regards, Mick
