Hi, I couldn't find an answer in the developers documentation.
How can I add a new package to the portage tree. Say, I'd like to add dev-lang/D for the language D in my overlay tree. Even the very first ebuild <Path to my overlay tree>/dev-lang/D/D-xxx.ebuild digest says !!! /LOCAL/local/portage does not seem to have a valid PORTDIR structure. So, what has to be changed/added for portage to accept this new package?
