The messages are saved to $PORT_LOGDIR/elog, have you checked there?

Yep, that's what I mean : I don't have many information in those files, and less files than before : some warning messages that I can see during the compilation are not stored like before in this directory, I must checked the full log in $PORT_LOGDIR to see those warning.....
