nope, it does not. I don't even know, if nvidia-agp really supports amd64. Just go with the inkernel agpgart. Nvidia even says, that you only should use nvidia-agpgart, if your chipset is not supported by inkernel drivers, but the nvidia driver. Go with inkernel driver.
