I am a "barefood cowboy" -- will say: I only have IceWM installed as
Windowmanager and no full blown desktop environment like XFce, KDE,
Gnome or such. IceWM itsself does not proide such a mechanism as far
as I know.

What name should the icon file(s) in ~/.icons/default/ have? How to
distinquish the different shape depending on selecting/text/... ?

Kind regards,
 mcc
