Wasn't Ekiga what used to be 'Gnomemeeting' - which was designed to be interoperable with Windows Netmeeting so that option should work (Netmeeting might not have a shortcut on a Windows 2k / XP box straight away - iirc it lives in c:\program files\netmeeting\conf.exe or something like that - I can find it if you need it.
