Hello All, I have tryed it in the vt and have also tryed to emerge other stuff to see if it would work, I had tryed firefox and this is what I got this time, this is ALL at the vt as xterm is NOT working:
"emerge --update --deep mozilla-firefox" gives me:

Couldn't download bash31-013. Aborting. I am able to do a emerge sync at the vt. I also don't understand why I am unable to open a xterm in gnome which worked fine into I did the "emerge --update --deep --newuse world" Also some one else did the same line as above and had NO problem doing so!
