cd /usr/src
ls -1d linux-* | head -n -2 | xargs --no-run-if-empty rm -fr
qpkg -d -v -nc gentoo-sources | head -n -2 | xargs --no-run-if-empty emerge -C

is what I use to remove all but the two most recent kernel sources.
