yes i did, got more smooth boot after removing reiserfs suport from kernel and problem has gone after updating bash -- Linux 2.6.15-ck1 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ 02:05:48 up 31 min, 4 users, load average: 1.00, 1.02, 1.00
