I dunno. It just worked before. I haven't changed anything since the last version though. I didn't have to change anything before though. Still confused. >2. Do you have enough room in the temp directory you've set for the tmp >file to fit in? That seems the most likely reason it would be grayed out >(lack of space since you only have the one drive and a tmp file must be >created to make the copy). > > Yup, pleeeeeenty of room. About 10GBs or so. Think that is enough? It says there is nothing on the CD. I click on the drive on the left, and all I get is a mouse pointer that looks like a watch and nothing else. If I click on the root folder then go to /mnt/cdrom, nothing there either. If I open Konqueror, it is all there. I solved this problem by adding dale to the cd groups, like it should be anyway. Still no copy though. Right now, I am trying to install KDE 3.5 and it is making a mess. K3b won't open anymore so I may have to wait until it finishes I guess. It borked on hal so I am trying to fix it right now. New kernel it says. That means I have to reboot. Crap, sounds like winders. :( Hmmmm, maybe a new version will help. o_O Maybe new kernel will fix my sensors too. Back later, Dale :-) -- To err is human, I'm most certainly human. I have four rigs: 1: Home built; Abit NF7 ver 2.0 w/ AMD 2500+ CPU, 1GB of ram and right now two 80GB hard drives. 2: Home built; Iwill KK266-R w/ AMD 1GHz CPU, 256MBs of ram and a 4GB drive. 3: Home built; Gigabyte GA-71XE4 w/ 800MHz CPU, 128MBs of ram and a 2.5GB drive. 4: Compaq Proliant 6000 Server w/ Quad 200MHz CPUs, 128MBs of ram and a 4.3GB SCSI drive.
