Kernel misconfigured? When the vesa driver doesn't give acceptable performance, there is something wrong. You might want to actually answer the questions I asked earlier.

I couldn't answer the questions back then due to a number of factors. Anyway, I still can't post the output of lsmod from my FC4 system, as I won't be able to boot into it for another couple of days atleast.
