But I don't know anyone. I'll just go through the official proxy-maint
procedure.

{site}/latest isn't available upstream.
It's for a previous bug: older packages referred to newer documents, causing
confusion.
And the website recently changed, as well as the software. Many links are
changed.
I'll just manually keep updating the versions. I'm fine with that
