If it were my CPU with a max of 70C and I was running at 48C, I wouldn't be worried. In degrees F, that's a difference of about 40 degrees. It seems your max temp and mine are pretty close. You are actually running a little cooler than mine. Unless someone else sees a problem, I would carry on. The CPU at those temps should have a nice long life. You can also enjoy the speed increase.
