I run stable on most things, especially system packages, but run unstable on most desktop type packages. Since I run unstable on KDE, I run unstable on them all unless one has a problem and I need to go back to a working package. > >> It might also be worth testing this on a new user with no old config >> files or renaming the old files and testing a new default set. Renaming the config files to .old or something then testing will allow you to go back if it doesn't help. You just rename and remove .old. Just delete the new one first. Still, either way will work. I have a dale2 user just for that purpose I might add. Given everything is there, I'm not sure what to try next. I was hoping someone else would have a idea. Dale :-) :-)
