No doubt you already checked these, but; Does 'md5sum /lib/firmware/amd-ucode/microcode_amd_fam17h.bin' match the above? Does CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE contain 'amd-ucode/microcode_amd_fam17h.bin' ?
