No, I tested exactly the same:

emerge world gives warning
run eselect python cleanup
emerge world gives warning
run eselect python cleanup
emerge world gives no warning

I should have examined /etc/python-exec/python-exec.conf beforehand,
maybe it included two mentions of python3.4.
